Sam Janes

Sam served 10 years in the U.S. Air Force. After separating from the military, he spent several years as a District Service Manager with ADT before taking on an Area Manager role under a Department of Homeland Security contract for nearly 15 years. With a strong background in leadership, management, and training, Sam brings a wealth of experience to the classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction.

Sam completed CDL training with CDDT in 2015 and went on to drive over-the-road (OTR) for seven years. In 2022, he returned to CDDT as part of the training staff with one goal in mind: helping students build the skills, confidence, and discipline needed to become successful professional drivers.
